Alfonsina Russo, director of the Colosseum Archaeological Park, defended the partnership, stating it is designed to promote cultural heritage while respecting the site’s significance through immersive activities. Moreover, Airbnb has committed to maintaining the integrity of the Colosseum through careful planning and historical accuracy in the gladiatorial experience. The event is set to accept requests from November 27 to December 9, attracting global interest while participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
